Customised Cakes and Desserts

Sarita first started baking at the tender age of six, after receiving a pint-sized oven as a birthday present. She then went on to gather skills and knowledge from the best teachers in the world - her grandmothers! 

Over the years, her culinary skills grew and she finally obtained her certification from London's prestigious Le Cordon Bleu. Since then, Sarita has trained at several places such as The Cross, Gaggan and Nobu. She also continuously participates in Masterclasses by world renowned Chefs and Cake Designers such as Antonio Bachour, Andrew Dubovik and Ronya Belova, Nanacake and G.G.Cakraft. 

Sarita now launches her own specialty cakes line that not only caters to aesthetics but indulges the senses further by tantalising the taste buds with high quality ingredients.

When Sarita was a student in London, she often frequented a cafe near her home and it was there that she first tried the honey cake. It was soft, moist, creamy and perfectly hits that sweet spot! She loved it so much that she soon became a regular. 

However, upon returning to Malaysia in 2015, she was unable to find this honey cake anywhere and so she made it her mission to create her own. Using a Russian Medovik Cake recipe as a base, she set about experimenting until she created the perfect honey cake, just the way she likes it. And so, our honey cake was born! 

At first, it was only made for close family, friends and colleagues but after much encouragement, she decided to include it on her menu when she started selling cakes in early 2018, and the honey cake was a great hit and has since become our signature cake. 

Today, although many variations of the honey cake can be found all over Malaysia, our honey cake has remained one of our best sellers of all time. If you haven't tried it yet, you probably should!
